L3 lessons are like putting in the missing puzzle piece to the treatments 👌

hi madam learnt new way of magic off loading techniques in acute low back management . very nice. new dimension of creativity in educating the patients through pandoneyum is supeb. thank you sir for sharing valuable ted talk and book .

Never thought pain can be explained in so many different aspects till now we were treating pain physically but mams research has opened different domains of pain in mind.this can not only change life of patients but it can be seen around us and helpful to them too.how right words can change totally attitude of patients and persons towards them today when everyone is so busy listening to them plays a very important role which mam has thought so indepth knowledge .ITS ALL IN THE HEAD this line hit me so hard i could easily correlate with it.thank you so much.

A very deep study on pain, where we are treating superficially only to symptoms than understanding it's all related to brain. This session was an enlightment on how deep we have to connect to patient problem for better outcomes. Thank you ma'am and sir for addressing the most important and tough subject in our field.🙏🙏

Never thought of pain so deeply. We always just think of reducing it with electrotherapy.. you have explained so many parameters of pain.. thank you so much Maam.

Very beautifully explained in depth about pain that we were targeting only outer part that mean only biomedically.........this is very true and can coorelate in our daily life also that whats the actual problem is ......thank u so much mam that u have also installed very very positive neuro tags throughout this courses and made very positive approch and made our vision clear .....and very happy that i started with L3 to gain more knowledge thank you thank u so much dear mam❤💯💫

Saw the session may b 3-4 times... everytime getting the new things from the same session....very complex session I can say but conducted very nicely....not only with patient but we can apply this knowledge for everyone around us...so can connect with everyone...so it's applicable everywhere...it can improve interpersonal relationships also....so thank you Dr Priyanka Mam and Kirron Sir for starting L3 program with the Important topic for which max patients approach us ... excited for the coming sessions

Sharing my review for the first session of L3 course -

I totally agree to you mam, that our brain starts working only when we face any difficulty or when situations are not in our favour .From my personal experience if you get appreciation we tend to go in comfort zone..so when we get obstacles , negativities but we have positive outlook and we take it as a challenge ,we can overcome the situation.Happiness or satisfaction after achieving the goal is priceless. ☺️

Also most of the times ,we never give importance to emotional, psychological aspect of person's behaviour. when patients (mainly ladies) complain about pain repeatedly they are labelled "PSY" .We never considered that psychological part is so important in controlling pain and recovery process. I would say it was not addressed in depth to such an extent .
We always used to correlate pain with physical problem only.Mam has wonderfully explained unless and until patient is counselled for emotional and social aspect whichever treatment we give it won't show sustainable results .
So just knowing pain gait mechanism and pain pathway is not enough we should know how brain decides the severity of problems, without tissue damage cognitive trigger can activate pain pathway.
If we use "Right words" while educating the patient we will be stimulating the happy hormones, installing and strengthening healthy neurotags so that patient can overcome all negative factors.

Thank you so much mam for making us understand that learning same things with different perspective matters a lot 🙏🙏.

Mam you just have made us enter into a new dimension of physiotherapy by explaining so deeply about pain. Kehte hain na dimag ke naye darwaze khul gye bs wo hi hogya hai. Im glad u pick that topic as i have felt many a times it gets so difficult to understand patients pain. Thnku mam nd thnku sir for the surprise element in this video.
