This was something which I was looking from so long. I used to ask everyone always how to decide about the reps and the sets and the hold? Now attending this I am confident enough that yes now I dont have to ask anyone but myself. This was an amazing session where we understood the step by step procedure of how it needs to b done rather what needs to be done. To understand without being face to face. had developed a lot of doubts but yes waiting for this session absolutely resolved all the doubts by just listening to you. Hello Everyone My name is Dr. Pallavi Gaikwad.
